Simply Cakes recently created a cake for my husband's 60th birthday recently. Not only was it beautiful but absolutely delicious! The guests loved it and kept asking us where we bought the cake! We are already looking forward to our next purchase from Simply Cakes! They are very professional, and their cakes are the best I have ever had!

Being new to this area, I wasn't sure where to order my wedding cake. I explored area bakeries online and narrowed it down to this and two others to go visit. Simply Cakes was the first of three I planned to visit. I never made it to the other two. I went in on a Sunday - so was very convenient. They were hosting a cake testing event. Robin explained the differences in flavors, types of icing and details of decor. I viewed many photos and basically took ideas from three different cakes and made them one. She listened to every detail I requested and put it into action. When the cake was delivered I was blown away. It was just splendid. ALL of my guests are still talking about how beautiful that cake was and how moist it was (telling me usually wedding cakes end up dry - or cakes that big don't have a lot of taste etc...). My husband and I can't wait to eat our top layer on our first anniversary, but more than that it added SO much to our special day - it was beautiful, wonderful and memorable. It's hard to know what to trust when you are reading reviews on the internet, but you can take this one to the bank - SIMPLY CAKES will be the best decision you make in your wedding plans!

We had a large wedding with about 400 guests. The entire day was amazing, but one specific aspect that we'll always remember is our wedding cake. We have received so many compliments on how gorgeous it was! Robin, the shop owner, created a unique cake for us that was exactly what we had hoped for... but even better because she was creative enough to make our vague idea into a beautiful masterpiece! After looking at many pictures of other cakes, Robin listened to what we liked best about a few different designs and incorporated them into a cake that perfectly fit our style and the ambiance of our wedding. Robin even artistically arranged some of the leftover flowers from our decorations around the base of the cake, enhancing the entire display table! I highly recommend Simply Cakes to anyone who is looking to have the cake for their event become a focal point of conversation for the raves that will follow their celebration!
